About Job
We are looking for a motivated Fresher AEM CMS / Frontend Developer with a strong foundation in web development concepts. The candidate will work with the CMS and frontend team to build, customize, and maintain web pages and components using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern frontend technologies.
This role is ideal for candidates who have a development background and are eager to learn enterprise-level CMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Create and customize AEM components, templates, and dialogs
Work on frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and content authors
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Fix UI issues, bugs, and perform enhancements
Follow coding standards and best practices
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of AEM CMS (projects, training, or internship exposure preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript
Basic knowledge of Frontend frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or similar – optional)
Understanding of web development fundamentals (DOM, REST APIs, JSON)
Familiarity with Git / Version Control Systems
Basic knowledge of Java is a plus (for AEM backend understanding)
Good to Have

Client Libraries
Knowledge of Responsive Design and UI/UX principles
Internship or academic project experience in CMS or frontend development
