About Job

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing IT workforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and compliance, with a strong understanding of IT hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical and non-technical hiring needs.

  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

  • Maintain HR records, employee data, and HRMS systems.

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company culture initiatives.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and day-to-day HR queries.

  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

  • Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in an IT/Tech environment.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and IT skill sets.

  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
