About Job
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing IT workforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and compliance, with a strong understanding of IT hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical and non-technical hiring needs.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain HR records, employee data, and HRMS systems.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company culture initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and day-to-day HR queries.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in an IT/Tech environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and IT skill sets.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
