About Job
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, an understanding of IT products/services, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads within the corporate and enterprise segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized IT solutions for clients.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
Represent the company at events, client meetings, and industry forums.
Mentor junior sales executives (if applicable).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation must be from a Delhi-based college/university.
Residence: Must be a current resident of Gurgaon.
6–8 years of proven sales experience.
Solid understanding of IT sales processes, solution selling, and enterprise customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience selling cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, ERP/CRM platforms, or digital transformation services.
Prior experience in a fast-paced IT or technology services environment.
