About Job

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, an understanding of IT products/services, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads within the corporate and enterprise segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized IT solutions for clients.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.

  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.

  • Represent the company at events, client meetings, and industry forums.

  • Mentor junior sales executives (if applicable).

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation must be from a Delhi-based college/university.

  • Residence: Must be a current resident of Gurgaon.

  • 6–8 years of proven sales experience.

  • Solid understanding of IT sales processes, solution selling, and enterprise customer needs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, ERP/CRM platforms, or digital transformation services.

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced IT or technology services environment.
