Shopify Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain online stores using the Shopify ecosystem.

• Customize themes using Liquid , HTML, CSS, JavaScript to match brand requirements.

• Work with Shopify themes such as Daw or premium third-party themes.

• Integrate and configure Shopify apps like Judgeme, Klaviyo, Gorgias.

• Build custom functionalities via Shopify APIs and 3rd party integrations.

• Optimize store performance usingPageSpeed Insights.

• Improve conversions through CRO strategies (upsell, UI/UX improvements, checkout optimization, etc.).

• Manage product uploads, collections, navigation, tags, filters, and meta objects.

• Ensure stores are responsive and optimized for mobile commerce.

• Set up and track analytics via Google Analytics 4 and interpret performance data.

• Troubleshoot store issues, fix bugs, and provide ongoing support.

• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams for feature deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience working with Shopify store development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Liquid, theme customization, and Shopify 2.0 architecture.

• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), AJAX, JSON.

• Experience integrating and customizing Shopify apps and payment gateways.

• Knowledge of Shopify Admin, Theme Editor, Customizer, and App configuration.

• Understanding of SEO, site speed, mobile optimization, and conversion best practices.

• Experience in debugging, A/B testing, and performance improvements.

• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.

Good To Have (Preferred):

• Experience working with store migration from other platforms (WooCommerce, Wix, etc.).

• Knowledge of marketing tools workflows like Meta Ads Manager.
