About Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, video editing, reel creation, and podcast production. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, up-to-date with digital trends, and have a deep understanding of the tools and equipment required for high-quality content production.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Monitor trends, insights, and competitor strategies to optimize content performance.
Manage day-to-day interactions and community engagement.
Content Creation:
Write creative and compelling captions, post copy, and podcast scripts.
Develop ideas for social media campaigns, reels, and podcast episodes.
Reel Creation & Short-Form Video Content:
Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos (especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
Stay on top of trending formats and audio to incorporate into brand storytelling.
Podcast Production:
Plan, record, and edit podcast episodes.
Coordinate with guests, manage podcast equipment, and handle distribution. on platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.
Video Editing & Composition:
Edit long-form and short-form videos for multiple platforms using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
Add music, transitions, graphics, and effects to enhance content quality.
Tech & Equipment Know-How:
Familiarity with content creation equipment such as DSLR/mirrorless cameras, mics, lights, tripods, etc.
Recommend gear upgrades or software tools when necessary
Key Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in social media management and content production
Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Working knowledge of podcast recording/editing software (Audacity, Adobe Audition, etc.)
Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
Comfortable on-camera and/or directing talent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Passionate about staying updated with digital trends and platform algorithms
Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory)
Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
Familiarity with YouTube SEO and optimization best practices
