A March 2025 onboarding formalises Digitup’s remit with FCL (Fixderma) to re-develop the brand’s Shopify storefront in India. The brief is clear: elevate the site to a luxury look and feel, introduce a custom theme that reflects the brand’s premium positioning, and remove non-essential heavy assets to improve speed and stability.

The assignment concentrates on what users notice most—visual polish, clarity of navigation, and pages that load without delay. That means rethinking the presentation layer for product discovery and storytelling, tightening templates for consistency, and reducing page weight so the experience holds up on mobile as well as desktop.

FCL operates in the dermatology and personal-care segment, where credibility and presentation go hand in hand. The re-vamp aligns the storefront with the brand’s clinical ethos while giving shoppers a high-end experience across category, product, and education pages.
