Digitup to Build ‘Smart Sale’ Apps for Kotak Life in India

India, 2025 Kotak Life has engaged Digitup to design and develop a suite of internal applications under the Smart Sale program. The brief covers three areas that materially influence day-to-day performance: a Learning Management System (LMS) to accelerate onboarding and upskilling, a Recruitment app to streamline candidate pipelines, and a Sale Enablement app to equip on-the-go teams with timely information and tools.

The apps are being designed for mobile-first use, with an emphasis on scalability and security appropriate for a large, distributed workforce. The objective is straightforward: remove friction from critical workflows so managers get clearer visibility, frontline teams spend less time navigating systems, and the organization benefits from consistent execution without disclosing implementation details or specific technologies.
